Sir Leighton is Mr. I-want-to-stand-all-the-time.

He's been this way for about a month or more. If you're sitting next to him, he'll reach out to you so he can stand up. He immediately grabs at your shirt or anything he can, and he'll try to pull himself into the standing position. He just needs a little assistance in doing this, otherwise, he's almost got it!

If we let him stand and just hold our hand against his tummy, he'll move his legs as if taking steps, to get towards something. Whether or not he really knows he's doing it is another thing, but the little man has the step-taking motion in the works! Again, this only tells me that we REALLY need to get movin' on making the house 'baby-friendly.'

He's also started to do this clenching teeth thing like he's really excited about something. It's hilarious! My niece used to do this. He's also started making this 'old-man-with-no-teeth' face. LOL!!!! I have a picture of it, I'll post it tonight! He made the face during a little photo shoot we did this weekend with bunnies!!! My friend Teri 'rented' some bunnies for Easter pictures and LT is making this face in one of them. We were practically CRYING it was so funny looking! So tune in later tonight or tomorrow for the pic!
